What NodeWeave is
NodeWeave provides a hosted store: a public storefront, an operating desk, an automated concierge, loops that schedule and chase work, documents with electronic signature, connectors to your own messaging channels, and billing tools. You get an address under nodeweave.ai (or your own domain) and the surfaces described in the product.
Your account and your store
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what you and your team publish, send and sign through your store, and for the people you add to it. You may open a store for a whole company or for a single counter inside one.
Your content and data
You own your content and your customers' data. You grant NodeWeave the licence needed to host, process and display it to run the service. Reverse-engineering a third-party website into a store gives you a reference structure; you are responsible for rewriting copy and for the rights to anything you publish.
Automated sending
Loops can send messages through channels you connect (email, WhatsApp, Discord and others) only after a person with authority over that channel turns auto-send on. You are responsible for consent, anti-spam and local messaging law for those sends.
Electronic signatures
Documents signed through NodeWeave record the signer's typed name, drawn signature, email, time, a hashed network address and a hash of the document content. Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act recognises electronic signatures; some documents (e.g. certain property or testamentary instruments) may require other formalities. Check with counsel for regulated documents.
Fees, invoicing and tax
Paid plans are billed monthly in Singapore dollars via Stripe, plus any usage-based components shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated; GST is charged where NodeWeave is required to collect it. Invoices are issued electronically. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability and publish a status page, but the service is provided as-is and may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
Suspension and lockdown
We may lock down a store to contain a security incident, abuse, or non-payment. A lockdown turns off the public face and automated sending; your data remains and is restored when the issue is resolved.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, NodeWeave's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the agreement
You may close your store at any time from your desk; we may end the agreement on notice. On closure you may export your ledger and content for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and disputes go to the Singapore courts.
